We thought it’d be great if you could get to know some of the people behind the screen. So, here are just a few of the people behind your print!
Hi there, how's it going? I'm Conor, and I'm a member of the Customer Service Team with instantprint. I work more on the web chat team, so if you ever have any
issues on the website (whether that's upload errors, problems with the proof checking system, or simply just help with finding a product or quote), I'm your man.
I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the web chat, but it's nice being able to be a little more informal with our customers, and well... have a chat with them. I'm an avid music fan, and in my spare time, I try to get to as many gigs and festivals as I can. I'm orginally from Ireland, so I do also try and get home every now and again to visit family and friends. We are always more than happy to help, so if you do have any questions, please don't hestitate to get in touch.
My main responsibility is leading the instantprint customer services team. This includes recruiting new team members and working with our advisors on their personal development. Generally, I make sure customers are given the best customer service possible from both a quality and speed of service point of view.
I play badminton for Steel City in the Sheffield Men's League which is great at keeping me active. I also really enjoy going to the cinema to watch the latest films. My ultimate guilty pleasure, however, is real ale. I love tracking down real ale festivals and visiting them in my spare time.
My role here at instantprint involves taking your calls and responding to emails – I deal with anything from issues pre or post order to recommendations on what works best for you, product-wise.
I also oversee our DPD exceptions and returns process, which involves contacting customers when they have questions about their delivery. I love reading. anything with glitter and changing the colour of my hair.

After You Order
If you have any queries about your order after you’ve placed it – like how and when it will be delivered – our Customer Service team are glad to help. They’ll be able to provide you with your DPD tracking number and let you know how to find out when your order will be delivered.
