We offer three premium materials to suit different needs: 110gsm Airmesh Polyester is lightweight, breathable, and washable, ideal for windy environments and repeated use. 370gsm Mesh PVC is a heavy-duty, perforated material that offers excellent durability and strong visual impact, perfect for outdoor branding. For a bold, opaque finish, our 440gsm Standard PVC provides a solid, non-mesh option where wind resistance isn’t a concern.
How are the covers printed and finished?
Our 110gsm Airmesh Polyester is printed on our EFI FabriVu, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting textile prints. The 370gsm Mesh PVC and 440gsm PVC are printed on our EFI Q3r, producing sharp, high-impact graphics. All covers are precision-cut on our JWEI cutter for a clean finish.
How do I install my Crowd Barrier Covers?
Our barrier covers are secured using pre-cut eyelets (spaced 50cm apart) with cable ties or bungee cords.
Do you offer any fastening materials for banners?
Yes. We offer tie wraps to make installing and securing your banner quick and easy. They're ideal for attaching banners to fences, railings and other suitable structures.

We offer five barrier cover styles to suit every need, from quick-fit solutions to premium, made-to-measure finishes. Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

When you enter your custom dimensions, this will act as your guide for setting up artwork. Please remember to add 3mm bleed on all sides and allow a 3mm safe area to ensure important text and elements aren’t cut off during trimming.

1. Use our free templates
Select 'customise a free template' after you add your print to the basket. In our design tool, you'll also have the option to start with a blank template so you can build your own design.
2. Design Yourself
Use the product measurements to the right to create a design in a third-party tool. Or download one of our blank templates that can be found under the images of the product.
Upload Your Design
After adding your print to the basket, our proofing modal will appear. This will check for common issues and generate a 'proof' – simply check and approve this proof to confirm your order! Alternatively, you can email your artwork after purchase to artwork@instantprint.co.uk .
