What paper type should I choose?
We print orders of service on 120gsm uncoated stock, which helps give them a traditional look.
What cover type should I choose?
You can either keep the cover the same as the inside pages or make it thicker by choosing the 170gsm uncoated option.
What size should I select?
The best size for your order of service depends on how much content you'd like to include. A5 is the most popular option, offering a compact, easy-to-hold format with plenty of space for service details, readings, hymns and personal messages. A4 provides additional room for larger photographs, extended content and more detailed layouts, making it ideal for longer services or designs that make a bigger visual impact. Whichever size you choose, both A4 and A5 order of service booklets provide a professional, beautifully printed keepsake for guests to take home.
What does ‘pp’ mean?
‘Pp’ refers to printed pages. Four of these pages are used for the cover (front, back and inside covers).
How will my Orders of Services be printed?
We print stapled orders of service inside pages on our Truepress. The covers are printed separately. They’re then stitched together with our StitchLiner.
How do I upload my Order of Service design?
Upload your artwork using our website uploader after adding your product to the basket.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Blank Templates
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

1. Use our free templates
Select 'customise a free template' after you add your print to the basket. In our design tool, you'll also have the option to start with a blank template so you can build your own design.
2. Design Yourself
Use the product measurements to the right to create a design in a third-party tool. Or download one of our blank templates that can be found under the images of the product.
Upload Your Design
After adding your print to the basket, our proofing modal will appear. This will check for common issues and generate a 'proof' – simply check and approve this proof to confirm your order! Alternatively, you can email your artwork after purchase to artwork@instantprint.co.uk .
