Frequently Asked Lightbox Questions
Do you offer single sided and double sided LED Lightboxes?
Yes, we offer both single-sided and double-sided LED Lightboxes. Single-sided options are ideal for wall displays or one-direction viewing, while double-sided lightboxes are perfect for exhibition stands, events, and open spaces where visibility from multiple angles is important.
How long do lightboxes take to set up?
Fast-Fold LED Lightboxes are designed to pop up in under a minute thanks to their folding frame, making them quick and easy to assemble with minimal effort.
What type of graphics do I need for a lightbox?
Our lightboxes use SEG fabric graphics. SEG (Silicone Edge Graphic) prints have a thin silicone beading around the edge which slots neatly into the frame, keeping your display smooth, taut, and crease-free.
Can I connect multiple lightboxes together?
Yes. Fast-Fold Lightboxes include integrated magnets in the frame, allowing you to align and connect units side-by-side or inline for a seamless multi-panel display. For an even smoother join at the front, you can add optional plastic joining clips.
How are the lightboxes powered?
Our LED Lightboxes use low-energy integrated LED lighting. The power supply is built into the frame, so there is no bulky external power pack on display. Simply plug in and switch on for bright, even illumination.
Do you offer printing with the hardware?
If you would like to order your SEG fabric print with the hardware, just email office@instantprint.co.uk and our team will help you place a combined order.
Why is my fabric frayed around the edges?
The graphic material is meant to be frayed, once you have assembled your frame, you then tuck the material inside of your lightbox.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact size you need, then add a 30mm bleed and a 30mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the fabric are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your flag to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
3. If you encounter any issues with your artwork that you can't resolve online, you can contact our team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk.
