What materials are used for the café barriers?
We offer three different stock options to suit your needs. PVC is durable, vibrant, and highly resistant to harsh weather. Heavy Polyester provides a luxurious finish and is machine washable, ensuring your graphics always look fresh. For extremely windy conditions, we offer Flagknit Polyester, designed to allow wind to pass through with ease, your best option for challenging weather.
Can artwork be printed on both sides of the banner?
Currently, we only offer a single-sided option. The reverse side will be blank.
Can I customize the size of my banner?
Our café barriers are available in industry-standard sizes to ensure compatibility. We offer three widths: 1m, 1.5m, and 2m. Our kits are designed to fit together in modular pieces, allowing you to start with an initial kit and expand as needed. If you’d like to create a dedicated seating area for your customers, you can easily do so with our extension kits.
Are the barriers portable?
Yes! Our café barriers are designed to be both durable and portable. At the end of the day, you won’t have any trouble moving them indoors for safekeeping.
Do I have to purchase a new barrier to replace the graphics?
No, you can simply purchase replacement graphics. If you like to update your branding throughout the year or want to promote a new business message, replacement graphics are a great option. Just unclip the existing banner, remove the crossbar, thread it through the pocket of your new graphic, and secure it in place — it’s that easy.
Should I order the standard or premium kit?
It depends on your preference. The standard kit features black powder-coated securing posts with a crossbar slot at the top and two clippable eyelets at the bottom of each graphic. The premium kit includes pole sockets on both the top and bottom for added stability and a cleaner, more seamless appearance.
How do I maintain my café barriers?
For PVC banners, we recommend wiping them down with warm, soapy water — avoid harsh chemicals to prevent damage to the graphics. Both Heavy Polyester and Flagknit Polyester are machine washable; we recommend using a low-intensity setting for best results.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact size you need, then add a 20mm bleed and a 20mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the fabric are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your flag to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
