When will my roller banners be delivered?
Roller banner orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.
Are your roller banners fire rated??
No, the material we use for roller banners is not fire rated
How do I upload my banner design?
When you add your banners to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time.
How heavy are your pop up banners?
Single-sided roller banners weigh approx. 3kg. Double-sided roller banners weigh approx. 4.2kg.
Are roller banners a sustainable printing option?
Due to the PVC material our roller banners are printed on, they aren’t biodegradable and therefore not a sustainable option. However, there are lots of ways we minimise the impact that this product has on the environment, including how we package it, the energy used to produce it and our green delivery service. To increase the longevity of this product and reduce the number you might need to reorder, please ensure you assemble it with care and use the free carry case included in your order.

For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .
