What if I don’t have a roller banner design?
No artwork yet? No problem! If you’re in the process of designing or having a team design this for you, you can buy your pop up banner now and upload your artwork later* in your account area. *Please note, this will affect your delivery date.

How do I upload my roller banner design?
We’ve made ordering your new roll up banners a simple and straightforward process. When you add your standard or premium banners to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time.
What material are your roller banners printed on?
We print our roller banners on 330gsm PVC stock, which is a strong and flexible plastic material.
How are roller banners printed?
Your roller banner will be printed on one of two HP Scitex 11000 Industrial Presses, which are our large format printing presses designed for high quality banner printing.
How big is the carry case?
The dimensions of your free carry case are 85cm x 10.2cm x 10.2cm for single sided banners and 88cm x 23cm x 24cm for double sided.
How heavy are your pop up banners?
Single-sided roller banners weigh approx. 3kg. Double-sided roller banners weigh approx. 4.2kg.
How fast will I receive my roller banners?
All of our roller banners and pull up banners go through an extensive 10-point quality check process to ensure you receive exactly what you’ve ordered at the highest quality. Roller banner orders which are approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Please ensure you allow for enough time for your artwork and order to reach us and for it to be approved.
Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes. All of our packaging is widely recyclable – including the plastic!

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Setting up your Roller Banner
We recommend you download one of our blank templates that can be found in the templates section or use the product measurements on the right to create a design in a third-party tool.
Please supply your artwork as a single PDF, keeping your artwork within the design space, along with text and other important elements within the safety zone. Note: When extending your roller banner, don't extend it further than the printed space.
If you are emailing your design over to us, please note, due to the extra checks that we carry out for this product, it can take up to 4 hours to receive your proof.
