What sizes can I choose?
You can order metallic stickers in any custom size within our production guidelines. The smallest size we offer is 20mm x 20mm, and the largest size is 560mm x 280mm. If you're unsure what size works best, upload your artwork and we’ll confirm everything during proofing.
What shapes can I have on my stickers?
Your stickers can be cut to almost any custom shape. For the cleanest finish and easiest application, we recommend rounded corners rather than sharp points.
How do I measure my custom sticker size?
Measure your design at its widest points to determine the correct width and height. Please include a 3mm bleed and keep important details within a 3mm safe zone.
What are metallic sticker sheets printed on?
Our metallic stickers are printed on a gloss silver polypropylene stock with a smooth, reflective finish. This synthetic material is water resistant, durable, and ideal for premium labels and branding.
How many stickers are on each sheet?
The number of stickers per sheet depends on your chosen size and shape. We automatically optimise the layout to minimise waste and ensure easy peeling.
How do sticker quantities work?
The quantity you order is the number of individual stickers, not sheets. We calculate the required number of sheets based on your design and layout.
How are metallic stickers printed?
Metallic stickers are printed using a high-quality digital toner process, producing sharp detail and vibrant colour. The metallic silver base shows through lighter areas of your design for a premium effect.
Do you print white ink on metallic stickers?
We do not print white ink on this stock. Any areas without ink will show the metallic silver material beneath. Darker colours appear more solid, while lighter colours take on a metallic sheen.
Are metallic stickers waterproof or heat resistant?
The material is water resistant and suitable for chilled items. It can be applied at temperatures as low as -5°C and performs in environments from -40°C to +80°C. We do not recommend dishwashers, microwaves, or prolonged exposure to high heat.
How large will my sticker sheets be?
The size of your sticker sheet will vary depending on the size and shape of the stickers you've ordered, as we optimise the layout to make the best use of the available space. All sticker sheet orders are delivered in an envelope to help protect them during transit.
What surfaces do metallic stickers stick to best?
The permanent adhesive offers strong adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, including plastic, glass, metal, and coated packaging. For best results, apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces.
How can I recycle my stickers?
Because metallic stickers are made from layered materials, they are not currently widely recyclable. All outer packaging used for delivery is recyclable.
