Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
What paper are 2027 wall planners printed on?
We’ll print your wall planner calendars on 150gsm silk stock. This is a glossy, lightly-coated paper that’s smooth to the touch. This option is ideal if you’re planning on writing on your planner as this stock is suitable for use with a ball point pen.
Will my wall planners arrive folded?
No, your large wall planners will be delivered to you rolled up in a poster tube so they're ready for you to put up on your wall without any creases.
How do I set my artwork up?
Simply set up your artwork to your selected size as a flat product.
What are my they printed on?
If you order less than 500 wall planners, we’ll print them on our state-of-the-art iGen or Indigo press. For higher order quantities, we’ll print them lithographically using our Heidelberg.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Blank Templates
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

1. Use our free templates
Select 'customise a free template' after you add your print to the basket. In our design tool, you'll also have the option to start with a blank template so you can build your own design.
2. Design Yourself
Use the product measurements to the right to create a design in a third-party tool. Or download one of our blank templates that can be found under the images of the product.
Upload Your Design
After adding your print to the basket, our proofing modal will appear. This will check for common issues and generate a 'proof' – simply check and approve this proof to confirm your order! Alternatively, you can email your artwork after purchase to artwork@instantprint.co.uk .
