What can my PVC banner be printed on?
We offer a range of materials for your custom vinyl banners. Our most popular option is our 440gsm PVC, which is strong, flexible, and weather-resistant, perfect for long-term outdoor or indoor use. We also offer 370gsm Mesh banners, which have tiny perforations to allow air to pass through, making them wind and water-resistant.
Which PVC material should I choose for my banner?
Standard PVC banners are our most popular option, and are extremely reliable. Mesh banners are great for outdoor use because they are flexible and breathable, perfect for windy conditions.
How are they printed?
Printed on our state-of-the-art Vutek EFI Q3r, they’re available in a wide variety of sizes and come with the option of adding 50mm hem and eyelets either spaced around 500mm apart for easy attachment, in each 4 corners or with no hems and eyelets.
Do you offer any fastening materials for banners?
Yes. We offer tie wraps to make installing and securing your banner quick and easy. They're ideal for attaching banners to fences, railings and other suitable structures.
What are my options with additional finishing?
Your printed vinyl banners have the option of adding eyelets for easy attachment to any surface, from walls to metal railings. This ensures your banner is securely displayed and visible, alternatively if you want to display your banner via other methods, you can opt not to have hems only.
How do I upload my PVC banner design?
We’ve made the process quick and easy when it comes to getting your artwork to our team. When you add your banner to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time. If you’re on the hunt for a PVC banner but haven’t got your artwork ready yet, don’t worry. You can buy now and upload your artwork later in your account!

Will my PVC banner come with hanging materials?
We currently don’t provide hanging materials with PVC banner orders, but you can check out our blog for more details. We recommend using cable ties or bungee cords for secure hanging.
How will my PVC banner arrive?
We use DX for delivery. Banners are typically rolled to avoid creasing, but banners over 1m in height may need to be folded. Any creases should disappear once the banner is hung, but avoid using heat to remove them, as it can damage the material.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact size you need, then add a 36mm bleed and a 25mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the banners are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your banner to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
3. If you encounter any issues with your artwork that you can't resolve online, you can contact our team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk.
