Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
Which paper are swing tags printed on?
Choose between 450gsm silk for double-sided printed or 350gsm uncoated if you want to handwrite a message on the back.
How will the string arrive?
If you add string to your order, this will arrive separate and ready-to-attach to your swing tags, they are made from white nylon and plastic.
How long is the string that comes with my tags?
The strings are 15cm long. To secure the swing tag, simply push the plug into the hole to close it.
When will they be delivered?
Tag orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.
How do I upload my design?
When you add your Swing Tags to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork to your basket at a later time.
