White PP Plastic (55gsm & 40gsm White Gloss Polypropylene) offers a glossy, water resistant finish that holds up well in damp, chilled or moisture-prone settings, making it ideal for products that need extra durability. For applications that still require a premium paper feel, 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured Paper also performs well in cooler conditions and is a popular choice for bottles and artisan packaging. Each option is supplied with a strong permanent adhesive to help your labels stay secure and looking their best.

Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
Are these labels fully waterproof?
Yes – our White Polypropylene (Polyprop), and Premium Textured Uncoated labels are fully waterproof and durable, designed to perform in cold, damp, and high-moisture environments. They’re ideal for products stored in fridges or outdoor displays, where moisture resistance and lasting adhesion are essential.
Will the labels stay on in wet or chilled conditions?
Absolutely. Our labels feature a high-tack permanent adhesive that grips securely to glass, metal, and plastic surfaces – even in low temperatures. They’re perfect for beverage bottles, jars, or chilled packaging that needs to stay in place under condensation or refrigeration.
Can I write on these labels?
Because Polyprop has a smooth, glossy surface, it isn’t ideal for handwriting with standard pens or markers. Premium Textured Uncoated can be written on though.
If you need to add batch codes or best-before dates, we recommend using a permanent marker suitable for non-porous materials to prevent smudging.
How are they printed?
All of our custom labels and stickers are printed on our Indigo 6k+, a toner-based digital label press that produces sharp detail and consistent colour.
How do I upload my sticker design?
When you add your stickers to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. If you want to continue shopping, you can upload it later from your basket before checkout.
Are these labels suitable for curved surfaces?
Yes – our labels are flexible with a strong adhesive, making them perfect for curved surfaces such as bottles, jars, and rounded packaging. They apply smoothly and stay secure without lifting or bubbling.
What sizes are available?
We offer a range of shapes including Circle, Rectangle, Square and Custom Shape in your custom dimensions. The number of labels per A4 sheet depends on the size you select, you also have the option of reels for quicker application.
Are the stickers dishwasher/microwave safe?
We wouldn’t recommend popping these stickers in the dishwasher/microwave. They’re not built to handle the high heat, moisture and detergent like some heavy-duty vinyl stickers are (the kind you’d find on bikes or outdoor kit). That said, if you’re after something that holds up well in slightly damp conditions, our Premium Uncoated stock and Polyprop is a great choice.
Will the print fade over time or in sunlight?
As with most printed materials, prolonged exposure to sunlight will lead to wear and tear, which may reduce the lifespan and vibrancy of the print.
How large will my sticker sheets be?
The size of your sticker sheet will depend on the shape and dimensions of the sticker you've ordered, as well as how many stickers can be arranged efficiently on each sheet. While sheet sizes can vary, all sticker sheets are designed to fit within a C4 envelope for delivery. This means the maximum sheet size will not exceed 324 x 299 mm
Do the stickers leave behind sticky residue?
No. Our adhesive is high tack but doesn't leave behind any sticky residue.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page.

When you enter your custom dimensions, this will act as your guide for setting up artwork. Please remember to add 3mm bleed on all sides and allow a 3mm safe area to ensure important text and elements aren’t cut off during trimming.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the stickers are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your stickers to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
