Choose from a range of high quality materials to suit your needs. 78gsm Semi Gloss Paper is bright and versatile for everyday use. 70gsm Uncoated Smooth Paper offers a clean, writable finish for labels and notes. For a premium look, 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured Paper features a hammered, matt surface that is easy to write on and ideal for artisan packaging. If durability is key, White PP Plastic (55gsm & 40gsm White Gloss Polypropylene) provides a glossy, water resistant finish for products exposed to moisture or frequent handling. All stickers are supplied on sheets with a strong permanent adhesive. Approve your artwork by 5pm and choose express delivery to receive your stickers the next working day.

What will my stickers be printed on?
Our stickers are available on a range of high quality materials to suit different needs:
- 78gsm Semi Gloss Paper – A versatile, high quality option with a permanent adhesive, perfect for general use.
- 70gsm Uncoated Smooth Paper – A clean, writable option ideal for labels, notes or packaging.
- 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured Paper – A thicker, matt paper with a hammered, handmade-style finish.
- White PP Plastic (55gsm & 40gsm White Gloss Polypropylene) – A durable, water-resistant material ideal for frequently handled items.
- 52gsm Transparent Polypropylene Plastic – A clear, glossy polypropylene film that creates a premium "no-label" look, with excellent moisture resistance and strong adhesion.
- 47gsm Metallic Polypropylene Plastic – A high-gloss silver polypropylene film with a metallic finish, designed to add impact and a premium appearance while remaining durable and moisture resistant.
What stocks are available?
Sheets:
- You can order 78gsm Semi Gloss, 70gsm Uncoated Smooth, 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured, White PP Plastic, Transparent Polypropylene Plastic and Metallic Polypropylene Plastic.
Reels:
- You can order 78gsm Semi Gloss, 70gsm Uncoated Smooth, 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured, White PP Plastic, Transparent Polypropylene Plastic and Metallic Polypropylene Plastic.
Individual Decal:
- We only offer a White PP Plastic option with a cracked backing.
Can I add a border to my sticker?
We don't recommend adding a border to your sticker design because slight movement can occur during production.
How many stickers are on each sheet/reel?
This depends on your chosen sticker size and shape. We will automatically optimise how many fit on each sheet based on your artwork to minimise waste and cost.

Sticker rolls will differ depending on the dimensions and shape selected.
Individual Stickers
Individual stickers are supplied as individually cut-out versions of your design.
How do sticker quantities work?
The sticker quantity you add to your basket represents the number of individual stickers, not the number of sheets/rolls if you're selecting that finished format. For example, if you order 100 small stickers, we will print the number of sheets/rolls required to reach your total quantity, depending on your chosen size.
How are they printed?
All of our custom labels and stickers are printed on our HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press, and are then laser cut using our state of the art ABG Digilase.
How do I upload my sticker design?
When you add your stickers to your basket, you will be prompted to upload your artwork, and our online tool will generate a print-ready proof.
How large will my sticker sheets be?
The size of your sticker sheet will vary depending on the size and shape of the stickers you've ordered, as we optimise the layout to make the best use of the available space. All sticker sheet orders are delivered in an envelope to help protect them during transit.
How can I recycle my stickers?
Due to the combination of materials used in our sticker production, these stickers are not suitable for recycling. All of our packaging is widely recyclable, including the plastic.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Blank Templates
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

1. Use our free templates
Select 'customise a free template' after you add your print to the basket. In our design tool, you'll also have the option to start with a blank template so you can build your own design.
2. Design Yourself
Use the product measurements to the right to create a design in a third-party tool. Or download one of our blank templates that can be found under the images of the product.
Upload Your Design
After adding your print to the basket, our proofing modal will appear. This will check for common issues and generate a 'proof' – simply check and approve this proof to confirm your order! Alternatively, you can email your artwork after purchase to artwork@instantprint.co.uk .
