Premium Business Cards FAQs
Do you offer square business cards?
No, square-shaped business cards are no longer available. Premium Business Cards are 85mm x 55mm, the standard UK business card size, with a choice of standard square-cut corners or rounded corners.
Can I get rounded corners on Premium Business Cards?
Yes. Rounded corners have a 6mm radius and are available on both 450gsm silk and 350gsm uncoated Premium Business Cards.
Can I add Spot UV or gold foil to Premium Business Cards?
Yes, on 450gsm silk cards with matt or velvet lamination. Spot UV can be printed on one or both sides, including on rounded-corner cards. Gold foil is available on one side only.
How do I set up foil artwork for my business cards?
Supply your normal artwork plus a separate foil file showing only the areas you want foiled. Keep all foil at least 3mm from the edge of the card and use a minimum font size of 8pt. Follow our Foil Artwork Guide for step-by-step setup.
Can I write on Premium Business Cards?
Yes, you can write on all Premium Business Cards. A ballpoint pen (biro) works on 450gsm silk and laminated cards but may smudge. For a fully writable card, we recommend 350gsm uncoated.
What is the minimum order for Premium Business Cards?
The minimum order is 25 cards. Single cards and printed proofs can't be ordered, but a sample pack is available if you'd like to see and feel the stock before you buy.
Can I order different designs in one order?
Yes. Add each design to your basket as a separate item, for example one per member of staff.

Select our industry-leading "Express" turnaround option, place your order, and approve your artwork before 5pm and your print will be delivered the next working day.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the pages are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your flyer to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
