Even if writing isn’t your strong point, you can aim to offer content that’s both helpful and interesting, from top 10 lists and behind the scenes snippets, to industry insights and useful tips. By showing your customers that you’re passionate and knowledgeable about what you do, you’ll find that their trust in you will increase and they’ll start to see your service as a reliable go-to.


Another beneficial aspect to starting a blog is that it helps to drive people to your site. As websites are often quite static, having a platform that’s regularly updated with fresh content and purpose-driven keywords will help to improve your search engine rankings, ultimately attracting more potential customers. Just don’t forget to brush up on your SEO knowledge, and make sure to add your blog URL to all your marketing materials, including flyers, posters and booklets.
