Print is a huge part of running and promoting gyms and leisure centres, and that’s no different for the nationwide gym chain, JD Gyms. After three years of managing their online printing through our free account management service, I spoke to a representative from JD Gyms to find out why they choose this service for their print and some of their top tips for cohesive marketing for multi-centre gyms.

As a Business Development Executive at instantprint, I’ve personally worked with the JD Gyms brand throughout their entire print journey with us, which means I’ve gotten to know them pretty well, including what they like and some of the challenges they face. When asked about the main benefit of having a dedicated account manager to help organise their print requirements, JD Gyms shared:

I work with JD Gyms to produce all of their customer-facing communications, which means ensuring that all of the print chosen is the highest quality to really show off the brand. They’re a household name, and need print that reflects that.

As a multi-centre gym business, I organise multi-address delivery for JD Gyms, which allows them to split up their orders however they need to and arrange delivery to their various sites around the country. I also make sure we can supply the sizes and quantities of print they need, even if that means creating something bespoke for them
