You’ll need to provide a poster design to feature on your A-frame. Here’s everything you need to know for setting your artwork up for print.

• The finished size of a PVC A0 poster is 841mm x 1189mm (or 847mm x 1195mm with bleed)
• The visible area of your posters will be 821mm x 1169mm, so keep all important text and images within this area

Designing Yourself 
When ordering from instantprint you can be confident your artwork is in safe hands. Regardless of how your produce your design every order is checked by our in-house studio team to ensure that the file is print-ready.

If your design is complete our online proofing tool is available after you click ‘add to basket’ and it will check your artwork and apply fixes for common issues if needed. 

If you are unsure, our Personal Artworkers can check over your artwork for free before you place an order. 

You can also access our free design online templates which are available as an option after you click ‘add to basket’.

Standard Turnaround

If you approve your order by 6:30pm, we’ll dispatch it for delivery the next working day. Delivery then takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.

Value Turnaround

If there’s no rush, why not save yourself some money with our value turnaround option? This option adds one extra working day to your turnaround time but reduces the overall cost of your order.

If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery information page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.

For orders that can fit through a letterbox, you’ll have the option to choose our Royal Mail 1^st Class delivery option for £2.99.

Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75

How can I replace the graphics?

To keep costs low, simply reorder the two A0 PVC posters. The stand has a snap frame, for easy replacement.

How can I store the A-frame?

When you’re not using your new board, simply fold it away for easy storage.

How do I upload my design?

When you add your order to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time.
