What will my stickers be printed on?
Our rectangle cut finish stickers are available on a range of high quality materials to suit different needs:
- 78gsm Semi Gloss Paper – A versatile, high quality option with a permanent adhesive, perfect for general use. Supplied on sheets sized to match your chosen sticker size and layout.
- 70gsm Uncoated Smooth Paper – A clean, writable option ideal for labels, notes or packaging that requires a sleek, natural finish.
- 90gsm Uncoated Premium Textured Paper – A thicker, matt paper with a hammered, handmade-style finish. Easy to write on and ideal for wine bottles, spirits and artisan food packaging.
- White PP Plastic (55gsm & 40gsm White Gloss Polypropylene) – A durable, water-resistant material with a permanent adhesive. Great for moisture-exposed or frequently handled items.
What stocks are available on sheets/reels?

When is the cut off for Next Day Stickers?
Artwork needs to be proofed and approved on our website prior to 5pm to receive them on a next day turnaround.
How large will my sticker sheets be?
The size of your sticker sheet will vary depending on the size and shape of the stickers you've ordered, as we optimise the layout to make the best use of the available space. All sticker sheet orders are delivered in an envelope to help protect them during transit.
How do sticker quantities work?
The sticker quantity you add to your basket represents the number of individual stickers, not the number of sheets/rolls. For example, if you order 100 small square stickers, we will print the number of sheets/rolls required to reach your total quantity, depending on your chosen size.

Express Turnarounds
Select our industry-leading "Express" turnaround option, place your order, and approve your artwork before 5pm and your print will be delivered the next working day.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page.

When you enter your custom dimensions, this will act as your guide for setting up artwork. Please remember to add 3mm bleed on all sides and allow a 3mm safe area to ensure important text and elements aren’t cut off during trimming.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the stickers are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your stickers to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
3. If you encounter any issues with your artwork that you can't resolve online, you can contact our team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk.
