There are two ways to create your print design:

1. Design it yourself
The finished size of this print item with bleed is:

• A6 (A5 half-fold): 154mm x 216mm
• 148mm square: 302mm x 154mm
• A5 (A4 half-fold): 303mm x 216mm
• DL: 204mm x 216mm

2. Use our free templates
To see our full range of design templates for this item, select “customise a free template” after you add to basket.

Want to create something from scratch? You’ll also have the option to start with a blank template so you can build your own design.

After design

1. Our online proofing tool will check for common issues and generate a ‘proof’ – simply check and approve this proof to confirm your order!

2. If you’re having issues with the online proofing tool, send your artwork in after purchase to artwork@instantprint.co.uk and we’ll get back to you ASAP. Or if your file is over 20MB, use WeTransfer to send us your artwork. Remember to include your web order number from your confirmation email so we can match up your artwork to your order.

Standard Turnaround

If you approve your order by 6:30pm, we’ll dispatch it for delivery the next working day. Delivery then takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.

Value Turnaround

If there’s no rush, why not save yourself some money with our value turnaround option? This option adds one extra working day to your turnaround time but reduces the overall cost of your order.

If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery information page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.

For orders that can fit through a letterbox, you’ll have the option to choose our Royal Mail 1^st Class delivery option for £2.99.

Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75

Which paper type should I choose?

Premium silk is a classic choice for our greetings cards. Uncoated makes it easier to write on, and ice gold gives your card design a light shimmer.

What are they printed on?

If you order less than 500 greetings cards, we’ll printed them digitally on our iGen press. Order quantities over 500 are printed lithographically on our Heidelberg.

Will my cards arrive flat or folded?

We'll deliver your greetings cards already folded neatly down the centre.

When will my cards be delivered?

Card orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.

How do I upload my design?

When you add your cards to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, you can upload your artwork in your basket at a later time.
