instantprint prints loyalty cards on 350gsm uncoated, FSC®-certified card with no lamination. Uncoated card has no smooth coating, so its slightly textured surface absorbs ink instead of holding it on the surface. That's what makes the cards easy to stamp and write on, and why stamps and signatures dry without smudging.

Both water-based stamps and ink stamps work on instantprint loyalty cards, and so do pens. The 350gsm uncoated card absorbs ink quickly, so stamps, ticks and signatures dry fast without smudging. That means staff can stamp a card at the till and hand it straight back for the customer's wallet.

instantprint loyalty cards are 85mm x 55mm, the standard UK business card size. Set your artwork up at 91mm x 61mm, which includes 3mm bleed on every edge. Custom sizes and shapes aren't available, and square business cards are discontinued. If you need more room for stamps or reward details, choose Folded Business Cards instead.

Loyalty cards and instantprint business cards are the same 85mm x 55mm size, but they're printed on different card. Business cards come on 450gsm silk as standard, which can be laminated. Loyalty cards use 350gsm uncoated card made for stamping and writing on. Premium Business Cards on 350gsm uncoated are the same card as loyalty cards.

The price of instantprint loyalty cards depends on the quantity, single or double-sided printing, square or rounded corners and the turnaround you choose. Multiple copies of the same design get bulk pricing, so the price per card drops as you order more, from 25 up to 100000 cards. Prices in the price table exclude VAT and delivery, and your basket shows the full total.

The minimum order for instantprint loyalty cards is 25 cards per design, and you can order up to 100000. Single cards and test prints aren't available. To feel the 350gsm uncoated card before you order, request a free instantprint sample pack instead.

instantprint offers 2 turnarounds on loyalty cards: Faster takes 1 working day to print and 1 working day to delivery and Fast takes 3-4 working days to print and 1 working day to deliver. For both, approve your artwork by the 6:30pm cut-off for Faster or Fast. Delivery dates count from when you approve your proof, not when you upload artwork, and the exact delivery date shows at checkout before you pay.

instantprint loyalty cards aren't available on Next Day; the turnarounds are Faster and Fast. For cards the next working day, choose unlaminated Next Day Business Cards on 450gsm silk, which can be stamped. Approve your artwork by the 5pm Next Day cut-off. Next Day covers up to 5000 cards with square corners.

Square corners give instantprint loyalty cards a classic, crisp edge. Rounded corners have a 6mm radius for a softer, more modern look. Both use the same 85mm x 55mm, 350gsm uncoated card, so stamping and writing work the same way. The choice comes down to the look that suits your brand.

instantprint prints loyalty cards single or double-sided. A common layout puts your logo and branding on the front and the stamp grid or reward details on the back. Both sides are the same 350gsm uncoated card, so staff and customers can stamp or write on either side of the 85mm x 55mm card.

For a coffee shop, salon or any business that stamps cards at the till, choose instantprint's 350gsm uncoated loyalty cards, because stamps and pens dry on them without smudging. Print double-sided, with your branding on the front and the stamp grid on the back. Pick rounded 6mm corners for a softer look or square corners for a classic edge.

instantprint recommends 6-8 stamp boxes on an 85mm x 55mm loyalty card. Keep every box and your reward details inside the 3mm safe area so nothing is trimmed off. If your scheme needs more stamps, spread the grid across both sides, or choose Folded Business Cards for 4 printable sides.

Lamination, Spot UV and foil aren't available on instantprint loyalty cards, because the 350gsm uncoated card is left bare so it can be stamped and written on. For those finishes, choose Premium Business Cards on 450gsm silk, which offer matt, gloss or velvet lamination, Spot UV, and gold or silver foil on 1 side.

instantprint can't print a different number or name on each loyalty card, because variable data printing (changing details card by card within 1 design) isn't available. Each design is printed in a run of at least 25 identical cards. To track cards, staff can write a number or name on each one by hand, as the 350gsm uncoated card takes pen easily.

Supply your loyalty card artwork as a PDF in CMYK at 300dpi, with fonts outlined or embedded. Set the page to 91mm x 61mm, which includes 3mm bleed on every edge: extra background past the trim so no white edges show after cutting. Keep text, logos and stamp boxes inside the 3mm safe area, inside the 85mm x 55mm trim.

instantprint doesn't offer a design service, but you can design your loyalty cards online for free with the instantprint design tool and its templates. You can also upload your own finished artwork, including designs made in Canva, as a PDF. Every order gets a free artwork check before printing, so problems such as missing bleed are picked up early.

instantprint prints QR codes as part of your loyalty card artwork, for example linking to your booking page or social channels. Keep the code inside the 3mm safe area, and test it with a phone camera on your digital proof before you approve. Give it strong contrast against its background, as uncoated card absorbs ink.

instantprint sends a digital proof of your loyalty cards for you to check and approve before printing starts, and every order includes a free artwork check. Physical proofs aren't available. Your delivery date counts from when you approve the proof, so approve it by the 6:30pm cut-off for Faster or Fast to keep your date.

Add each loyalty card design to your instantprint basket as a separate item, for example a different reward scheme for each of your locations. Each design needs at least 25 cards. Multiple copies of the same design get bulk pricing, so 1 larger run of a single design costs less per card than several smaller runs.

To keep a price for later, use Save as Quote in the basket. instantprint accepts debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal, so you can pay once your quote is approved.

instantprint prints loyalty cards in a dedicated card room on a Heidelberg Speedmaster lithographic press. Each sheet is then cut on a Rollem AutoPunch, which punches the cards out rather than guillotining them, so every 85mm x 55mm card gets clean, consistent edges.

instantprint loyalty cards are fully recyclable, because they're printed on FSC®-certified 350gsm uncoated card with no lamination or embellishments. Put them in your paper and card recycling once they're used. instantprint's packaging is widely recyclable too, including the plastic.
