Switch It Up Without Starting Again
Choose the same size as your existing stand or podium and supply one complete artwork file using the correct template. For exhibition stands, we'll split your design into the individual printed panels during production so they line up across the front and curved sides of the frame. The graphics are interchangeable too, so you can store your old set and bring it back out whenever the campaign, event or message calls for it.

- 4 x 3: 4038mm x 2230mm finished size
- Podium: 1810mm x 785mm finished size

What material are the replacement graphics printed on?
The graphics are printed on durable 500mic PVC with a grey opaque backing.
Magnetic strips are fitted to the graphics so they can attach securely to your existing exhibition stand.
Are the replacement graphics printed in full colour?
Yes. Your replacement graphics are printed in full colour, so your artwork can include branding, logos, photography, text and promotional graphics.
How do the replacement graphics attach to the stand?
The printed graphics are supplied as separate panels with magnetic strips attached. These connect directly to your existing pop-up exhibition frame and align to create one continuous display.
Do I need to supply artwork for each panel separately?
No. Supply your artwork as one complete design using the artwork template for your chosen stand size. During production, we'll split the design into the individual panels needed for your exhibition stand.
The panels are produced so they align closely when fitted to the frame, creating one continuous, seamless-looking display across the stand.
Can I reuse my old exhibition stand graphics?
Yes. The graphics are interchangeable, so your existing panels don't need to go to waste when you update your display.
You can remove your current graphics, store them safely and refit them to the same compatible exhibition stand whenever you need them. This makes it easy to switch between different branding, campaigns or event designs without replacing the frame each time.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Setting Up Your Exhibition Replacement Graphic Artwork
Download the artwork template for your chosen Exhibition Replacement Graphic size before you start designing. Once downloaded, you can import it directly into your preferred design software and build your artwork using the guides provided.
Designing Your Artwork
Create your artwork as one complete design across the full template. Extend backgrounds, colours and imagery across the full artwork area, but keep important text, logos and contact details within the safe areas shown.
The outer sections of the design will wrap around the sides of the exhibition frame when fitted. Keep your most important information within the main front-facing area so it remains easy to see from directly in front of the stand.
Supplying Your Artwork
Supply one artwork file for your complete Exhibition Replacement Graphic. During production, we'll split your design into the individual printed panels required to fit your exhibition frame.
These panels are produced to align closely when fitted, creating one continuous, seamless-looking display across the front and sides of the stand.
For the best result, use high-resolution images and check your artwork carefully during proofing, particularly around the edges, side returns and panel joins.
