What paper type should I choose?
The best paper type depends on how your booklet will be used. Silk is a smooth, professional all-rounder, uncoated is best for writable pages, and gloss gives a high-shine finish that makes colours more vibrant.
Silk paper weights
- 115gsm Silk: A light paper choice which offers a slight thickness compared to standard home printer paper.
- 150gsm Silk: Our most popular paper weight with a high-quality finish.
- 170gsm Silk: Sturdy and versatile with minimal transparency.
- 250gsm Silk: Thick, durable and completely opaque.
- 350gsm Silk: Premium card-like thickness with no transparency.
Uncoated paper weights
- 90gsm Uncoated: Lightweight, budget-friendly option.
- 120gsm Uncoated: Slightly thicker, great for stationery.
- 170gsm Uncoated: Strong and versatile with minimal transparency.

Gloss paper weight

What cover type should I choose?
You can choose a self cover option, or go for a thicker cover with thinner inner pages.
A popular choice is 150gsm silk inner pages with a 350gsm silk cover this allows for you to see the thickness contrast between the two stocks, another popular, more affordable option is the self cover option.
What does ‘pp’ mean?
‘Pp’ refers to printed pages. Four of these pages are used for the cover (front, back and inside covers).
How will my booklets be printed?
Inner pages are printed on our Truepress, while covers are printed lithographically or on our Indigo press.
Booklets are then bound using StitchLiner or Muller machines.
When will my booklets be delivered?
We offer 1, and 3–4 working day turnaround options, plus express on specific paper combinations or finishes.
Order and approve artwork by 6:30pm to meet your selected delivery date.
Standard delivery is £4.99 (free over £75), or upgrade to pre-noon for £9.99.
How do I upload my booklet design?
Upload your artwork using our website uploader after ordering, where you can proof and approve it.

How do I add foil to my print?
Select 250gsm or 350gsm silk with matt lamination to unlock foil options.
Foil must be at least 6mm from the edge and stay within the safety area.
How can I use A5 stapled booklets?
This size of stapled booklet lends itself well to any kind of marketing collateral that you either hand out or send in the post. For example, small catalogues, magazines or newsletters printed on A5 booklets are great additions to any direct mail campaign.
Alternatively, information guides and prospectuses that you're handing out at exhibitions and fairs are also best kept to A5 or smaller as they're easier for attendees to carry them around or store them in a bag.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

When you enter your custom dimensions, this will act as your guide for setting up artwork. Please remember to add 3mm bleed on all sides and allow a 3mm safe area to ensure important text and elements aren’t cut off during trimming.

1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the stickers are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your stickers to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
