What card stock should I choose for my custom wedding menus?
Our wedding menus are available on a choice of premium card stocks, all of which boast a thick, luxury feel.
Our classic 350gsm silk option coats the card in a smooth finish that looks amazing with any design. Or for something a little different, we offer a range of uncoated stocks which have a rougher, more interesting texture.

How are wedding menu cards printed?
If you order less than 500 wedding menus, we’ll print them on our state-of-the-art Indigo press. For higher order quantities such as 1000 wedding menu cards, we’ll print them lithographically using our innovative Heidelberg.
How do I use the free wedding menu templates?
Got great wedding menu ideas but not sure where to start? Our blank templates are set up to make designing for print easy. Simply choose your preferred format above and add your own content. Free designs are available if you select to use a design template once the item is added to basket
How do I upload my DIY wedding menu design?
When you add your A5 flyers to your basket, you’ll be prompted to upload your artwork. Or, if you want to continue shopping, simply upload your artwork in your basket at a later time!

Wedding Menus Delivery
Express Turnaround
Select our industry-leading "Express" turnaround option, place your order, and approve your artwork before 5pm and your print will be delivered the next working day.
Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Blank Templates
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the pages are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your flyer to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
3. If you encounter any issues with your artwork that you can't resolve online, you can contact our team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk.
