instantprint's roller banner range includes 2000mm tall displays in widths of 800mm, 1,000mm, 1,200mm and 1,500mm.
Premium roller banners: available in 800mm and 1,000mm sizes only.
What are standard, premium and wide roller banners made from?
instantprint's standard, premium and wide roller banners are printed on 330gsm PVC, a strong, flexible plastic material that retracts into the cassette between uses.
Keep the graphic free from folds and creases, and guide it carefully back into the cassette when packing away.
Are roller banners fire rated?
instantprint's roller banner material is not fire rated. This applies to standard, premium and wide roller banners.
Check your venue's requirements before ordering. Changing the cassette style or banner width doesn't change the printed material's fire-rating status.
Does my roller banner come with a stand and carry case?
instantprint's roller banners include the printed graphic fitted into its cassette, the support pole or poles and a carry case.
Premium roller banners include a padded carry case.
Wide roller banners (1,200mm and 1,500mm) use two support poles, so keep both poles with the cassette when packing away.

How fast can I get my roller banner?
instantprint shows delivery dates for your selected size, cassette and turnaround when ordering. Check the date after choosing your standard, premium or wide option.
For an available express option, order and approve your artwork before 5pm for next working day delivery, subject to your postcode. Standard turnaround options have a 6:30pm order and artwork approval deadline.
Extended delivery areas take an additional working day. Confirm the date before paying, especially around weekends and bank holidays.
How do I put up a standard or premium roller banner?
instantprint's roller banners are assembled by positioning the cassette, fitting the support pole and attaching the raised graphic to the pole.
Standard cassette: extend the swing-out stabilising feet before raising the graphic. Premium cassette: position the concealed-foot base according to its supplied instructions.
Keep control of the spring-loaded graphic and guide it slowly back into the cassette when packing away.

Do I need two people to put up a wide roller banner?
instantprint recommends two people assemble a wide roller banner (1,200mm or 1,5000mm). Wide banners come with two support poles that slot into either end of the cassette.
Place the cassette on a level surface and fit both poles. Raise the graphic evenly and secure it to both supports, following the supplied instructions.
When packing away, support the graphic across its width and guide it slowly into the cassette to help prevent twisting or creasing.
Can I reuse my roller banner at different events?
instantprint's standard, premium and wide roller banners can be packed away and reused at multiple events.
Retract the graphic carefully, keep it dry and use the supplied case. Avoid folding or creasing the material. For wide banners, keep both support poles with the cassette.
Can I order several roller banners with different designs?
instantprint can print different roller banner designs when each design is added as a separate basket item, with its own artwork and quantity.
Select the required width and base style for each item. For matching banners, order multiple copies of one design. Check the delivery date for the complete basket.
Are roller banners biodegradable or recyclable?
instantprint's standard, premium and wide roller banner graphics are made from PVC, which isn't biodegradable and shouldn't go in paper recycling.
Ask your business waste provider about suitable routes for the PVC graphic and metal cassette. Different components may need separate disposal.

We recommend you download one of our blank templates that can be found in the templates section or use the product measurements on the right to create a design in a third-party tool.
Please supply your artwork as a single PDF containing all pages in the correct sequence order. When preparing your artwork, ensure you follow the template provided, allowing for the spine width and maintaining the required safe area around the wire binding.
If you are emailing your design over to us, please note, due to the extra checks that we carry out for this product, it can take up to 4 hours to receive your proof.
