In this spotlight, we spoke with the team at London Women’s Clinic, a leading fertility provider supporting women and couples across England and Wales. Established in 1985 on London’s Harley Street, the clinic has spent nearly four decades at the forefront of fertility care, helping to pioneer many of the techniques widely used today. What began as a single central London clinic has grown into a trusted network of regional centres, delivering expert, compassionate care closer to home while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Tell us about your business! Who are you, what do you do, what’s your history, where did it all start?

We are London Women’s Clinic, a fertility clinic supporting women and couples across England and Wales.
Established in 1985 on Harley Street in London, we’ve been at the forefront of fertility care for nearly 40 years. Over that time, we’ve helped pioneer many of the techniques that are now routinely used in fertility treatment today. What started as one clinic in central London has grown into a network of regional centres, allowing us to support patients closer to home while maintaining the same high standards of care.

What is your main challenge and how do you overcome it?

Our mission is to help our patients have a healthy baby through treatments that are safe, effective and affordable.
Fertility treatment can feel overwhelming, so we focus on putting patients at the heart of their personalised treatment plan. Every programme is designed around the individual, with their wellbeing and long term goals in mind.

What made you choose instantprint?

We’ve worked with instantprint before and regularly use a range of marketing materials. They’ve always been reliable, helpful and easy to work with - which is exactly what you need when planning events and campaigns.

Thinking about your wins with print marketing, what advice would you give to businesses like yours?

Be clear about your message and who you’re speaking to. Print works best when it’s focused, simple and visually strong. Think about where your materials will be used, whether that’s at an event, in a clinic or in the local community and design with that setting in mind.

How do you make your customers feel special and understood?

We treat our patients with compassion and kindness. Fertility is often a sensitive and emotional journey, so we make sure every patient feels supported, listened to and cared for at every step. We understand that no two journeys are the same and we tailor our approach accordingly.

What print products do you order from us and how have they brought you success?

We regularly order roller banners, which support our events and free local open days. They help create a welcoming environment.

What are your top print tips for other creators and businesses?

Choose a printer who understands your vision and can deliver consistent quality. Having a trusted print partner makes planning campaigns and events far easier, especially when timelines are tight.

Why do you use print marketing alongside digital marketing?

Print complements digital by making information more accessible in physical spaces. Flyers, posters and banners help bring a room together at events and create a strong visual presence that supports our online messaging.
