Which finish should I choose?
Customise your corporate presentation folders by adding a special finish. Matt is a popular option and gives your folders a smooth finish. Gloss is high-shine and makes colours bright, whereas velvet is a soft and luxurious feel.
Is there room for my business card?
Yes. The business card slot on the pocket accommodates standard 85mm x 55mm cards.
How many sheets fit into an interlocking presentation folder?
For our glued presentation folders, we recommend using around 10 sheets to keep the product flat.
What does ‘oversized’ mean?
Oversized means slightly larger than the size stated. For example, oversized A5 is slightly larger than A5. This is so the presentation folders keep all of your documents neat, tidy and protected.
Can I print double-sided?
You can print on the inside and outside of your folder.
How are they printed?
We print our presentation folders digitally using our Indigo press or lithographically using our Heidelberg.
How do I upload my presentation folder design?
You should upload your booklet artwork after placing your order. To do this, complete your order and then email your artwork to our Studio team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk who’ll then set it up for print for you.
How do I add foil to my print?
To see our foil options, select 250gsm or 350gsm silk with matt lamination. Then, you’ll be able to pick from a range of foil printing colours. To design your foil, check out our foil artwork guide.
Please note that foiling must be 6mm from the edge of the page and cannot extend outside of the safety area shown on our templates.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Setting Up Your Wire Bound Book
We recommend you download one of our blank templates that can be found in the templates section or use the product measurements on the right to create a design in a third-party tool.
Please supply your artwork as a single PDF containing all pages in the correct sequence order. When preparing your artwork, ensure you follow the template provided, allowing for the spine width and maintaining the required safe area around the wire binding.
If you are emailing your design over to us, please note, due to the extra checks that we carry out for this product, it can take up to 4 hours to receive your proof.
