Christmas Catalogues

We offer three different paper stocks for this product. Our most affordable is thin 115gsm silk, which is ideal for magazines. 150gsm is thicker for a more premium booklet. Or, 120gsm classic writable is uncoated making it perfect for smudge-free writing.

We'll use perfect binding for orders under the quantity of 500, which means pages will be individually glued to a spine.

For quantities of 1500 and more Christmas catalogues, we'll use a premium, sturdier finish known as lock binding. In appearance, lock binding provides the same high-end appearance as perfect binding, but has one significant difference that makes it that much sturdier of a finish. Instead of gluing single pages to a spine, lock binding involves folding the pages into small sections, then gluing the sections to the spine instead. This makes the book harder to pull apart, meaning it will last longer, making it an ideal option for products that need a longer life span, such as employee handbooks and reports.

‘PP’ refers to printed pages, including front and back cover. Printed pages take into account both sides of the page. For example, the front and the back of one single sheet of paper would be classed as 2pp.

We use our state-of-the-art Truepress to print them.

You should upload your Christmas catalogue artwork after placing your order. To do this, complete your order and then email your artwork to our Studio team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk who’ll then set it up for print for you.
