Choose single sided (outside print only) if you prefer to keep the inside blank, giving you plenty of space to handwrite your own personal message. This option is perfect for adding a thoughtful, individual touch to every card. If you’d like your message professionally printed, opt for double sided (outside and inside print). This gives you the flexibility to include a consistent greeting inside each card, ideal for larger runs.

Frequently Asked Artwork Questions
Can I print names inside my personalised business Christmas cards?
Yes, you can print names inside your cards. However, as we cannot offer single quantity orders, we recommend printing your own name and handwriting the recipients’ for a more personal touch.
Can I add envelopes to my order?
Envelopes are included with every order. You can choose from a standard option, a thicker premium envelope, or a festive red envelope.
How do I set my artwork up?

What’s the difference between single and double sided greetings cards?
Single sided cards are printed on the front only, leaving the inside blank for handwritten messages. Double sided cards are printed on both the front and inside, allowing you to add a custom design or message inside.
How are Christmas cards printed?
Orders under 500 are printed digitally on our Indigo press, while larger quantities are printed lithographically on our Heidelberg press.
When will my Christmas cards be delivered?
Orders approved by 6:30pm are dispatched the next working day, with delivery taking one further working day.
How do I upload my Christmas card design?
You’ll be prompted to upload your artwork when adding cards to your basket, or you can upload it later from your basket.
How do I add foil to my print?

Express Turnaround
Select our industry-leading "Express" turnaround option, place your order, and approve your artwork before 5pm and your print will be delivered the next working day.
Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page.

Blank Templates
Our blank templates are set up to the right size with guides that include where your design will be cut and the safe area for text. After creating your artwork you can upload once you have added your print to the basket.

Artwork Made Easy
1. Set up your artwork in your own design software at the exact custom size you need, then add a 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone on all sides. This ensures your design prints edge-to-edge and no important details are lost when the pages are trimmed.
2. Upload your design after adding your flyer to the basket, our proofing tool checks for common issues and generates a proof for you to approve.
3. If you encounter any issues with your artwork that you can't resolve online, you can contact our team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk.
