Big Presence, No Toolbox Required
Our fabric pop-up displays pair a lightweight aluminium scissor frame with a single-sided printed polyester graphic to create a straight backdrop for exhibitions, trade shows and conferences. The frame expands and locks into place without tools, with setup taking around 5–10 minutes. Choose Small, Medium or Large to suit your space, with a podium available separately. Your brand gets the big entrance. You get on with the introductions. Choose Small (1.53m), Medium (2.25m) or Large (3.01m) widths, all 2.3m tall, or go for our 1.1m x 1m podium. It's ideal for trade shows, exhibitions and conferences when a single roller banner won't cut it.

Pack Down, Roll On
After the first setup, your fabric graphic can stay attached when the frame folds down, making it quicker to get ready for the next event. Each Full Display includes a wheeled padded trolley bag for transport and storage. If your campaign changes, you can order a replacement graphic for your compatible instantprint frame and give the display a new look. Same stand, fresh talking point.

What's included with each Fabric Pop-Up option?
instantprint's Full Display includes the printed polyester graphic, collapsible aluminium frame and padded wheeled carry bag. The other options have different contents:
- Replacement Graphic: printed polyester graphic only, for a compatible instantprint Fabric Pop-Up frame.
- Podium Only: printed polyester graphic, collapsible frame, wooden top, internal shelf and carry case.
The podium is ordered separately from the Full Display. Its carry case is for transport and storage only and does not form part of the assembled podium.
What sizes are Fabric Pop-Up Displays available in?
instantprint's fabric pop-up displays come in three straight formats, all 2.25m tall, with a separately ordered podium also available:
- Small (3 × 2): 1.53m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Medium (3 × 3): 2.25m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Large (3 × 4): 3.01m (W) × 2.25m (H) × 0.3m (D)
- Podium: 1.1m (W) × 1m (H) × 0.4m (D)
These are the fully assembled dimensions. The 3 × 2, 3 × 3 and 3 × 4 names describe the arrangement of sections in the frame, rather than the dimensions in metres.
Which Fabric Pop-Up size should I choose?
Choose your instantprint fabric pop-up size by measuring the usable width and depth of your exhibition space, including room for any furniture and people.
The backdrop widths are 1.53m for Small, 2.25m for Medium and 3.01m for Large. Check the assembled dimensions against your booked space, and allow room in front for any table, podium, your team and visitors.
Are Fabric Pop-Up Displays suitable for outdoor use?
instantprint's fabric pop-up displays are designed for indoor use at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and events. Outdoor use is not recommended.
Choose an indoor location for your display. If you need signage for an outdoor event, ask the instantprint team about suitable alternatives.
Are Fabric Pop-Up Displays printed on both sides?
instantprint's fabric pop-up displays are printed single-sided, across the front and around the side panels.
Keep important text, logos and contact details within the main front-facing area. Use the instantprint template for your chosen size to check where the front and side panels sit.
What is the fabric graphic made from?
instantprint's fabric pop-up graphics are made from stretch polyester fabric with hemmed edges and Velcro attachment.
The fabric is designed to fit securely around the frame, creating a smooth display when correctly fitted. Use the graphic that matches your frame size.
How do I set up a Fabric Pop-Up Display, and do I need tools?
One person can assemble an instantprint fabric pop-up display in around 5–10 minutes without specialist tools. A second person can make setup quicker and easier.
Expand the aluminium scissor frame, connect the colour-coded components and secure the printed graphic using the Velcro edging. Follow the assembly instructions for your display.
What are the packed hardware dimensions and weights?
instantprint's fabric pop-up hardware is 90cm high and 31cm wide when packaged, with the depth and weight depending on the display size:

Each Full Display includes a padded, wheeled carry bag for transport and storage. Check the packaged hardware measurements and weights against your available space and handling needs before ordering.
Is the Fabric Pop-Up carry bag waterproof?
The padded, wheeled carry bag supplied with an instantprint Full Display is not waterproof.
Keep the bag dry during transport and storage, and protect it from rain when moving between your vehicle and the venue.
Can I replace the graphic, and will it fit my existing frame?
instantprint's Replacement Graphics let you update your artwork without buying another frame, provided you have a compatible instantprint Fabric Pop-Up frame.
Choose the same size as your existing frame. Compatibility with frames from other suppliers cannot be guaranteed, so check with instantprint before ordering if you're unsure.
How do I order a podium?
Order an instantprint podium by selecting Podium Only in the Size options and adding it to your basket as a separate item.
The podium is not included with a Full Display. Add both items to your basket if you need a backdrop and podium for your event.
Can I leave the fabric graphic attached when I pack the display away?
The fabric graphic on an instantprint Fabric Pop-Up Display can remain attached when the frame is collapsed.
Release the frame supports and fold the frame down, leaving the graphic secured by its Velcro edging. This saves you reattaching it before your next event.
Can I wash the fabric graphic?
instantprint's fabric pop-up graphic is made from machine-washable polyester.
Check with the instantprint team for the recommended washing and drying instructions before cleaning the graphic.

Standard Turnarounds
For our standard turnaround and delivery options, you have until 6:30pm to order and approve your artwork. Simply select an option above with a delivery date that suits you and we’ll ensure it arrives with you on time.
Extended Areas
If your delivery address is in one of the postcodes highlighted on our delivery help page as an extended area, delivery will take a further working day.
Delivery Prices
Our standard delivery cost is £4.99, which is DPD tracked delivery. You can also upgrade to DPD pre-noon delivery for £9.99. Standard delivery is free on orders over £75. You'll be able to select your delivery option at the checkout. For more information, please see our delivery help page .

Setting Up Your Fabric Pop-Up Artwork
Download the artwork template for your chosen size before you start designing. Once downloaded, you can import it straight into your design software. Alternatively, you can use our free design tool.
Designing Your Artwork
Your design is printed as one continuous fabric graphic across the front and side returns of the display. Extend backgrounds and imagery across the full template, but keep important text, logos and contact details within the safe areas shown.
Remember that the outer sections wrap around the sides of the frame when assembled. Keep key information on the main front-facing area so it stays easy to see from directly in front of your stand.
Supplying Your Artwork
Supply one artwork file for your complete fabric pop-up. Use the guides on the template for the correct artwork area, safe zones and any required bleed.
For the best result, use high-resolution images and check your artwork carefully at proofing stage, particularly around the edges and side returns.
