After design
Once you’re happy with your design, please place your order! Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, you’ll need to send your artwork to us at artwork@instantprint.co.uk, making sure you tell us your order reference number in the email, and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a proof for you to check and approve.
If your file is over 20MB, you will need to use WeTransfer to send your artwork to us as it will be too big to send via email.
Every piece of artwork is checked by our studio team before print. Unsure of how to set up your artwork? Email our Personal Artworker team at pa@instantprint.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help you!
What cover type should I choose?
We print orders of service on 120gsm uncoated stock, which helps give them a traditional look. You can either keep the cover the same as the inside pages or make it thicker by choosing the 160gsm uncoated option.
What does ‘pp’ mean?
‘Pp’ refers to printed pages.
How will my orders of service be printed?
We print stapled orders of service inside pages on our Truepress. The covers are printed separately on our iGen press or lithographically using our Heidelberg. They’re then stitched together with our StitchLiner.
When will they be delivered?
Full delivery time for your orders of service booklets is 8 working days. Booklet orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery within seven working days. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Thursday and it’d be delivered on Friday.
How do I upload my order of service design?
You should upload your booklet artwork after placing your order. To do this, complete your order and then email your artwork to our Studio team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk who’ll then set it up for print for you.
