Here’s a quick checklist for setting your artwork up for swing tag printing.

• The finished size is 85mm x 55mm, or 91mm x 61mm with bleed
• Set your colour mode as CMYK
• Use high resolution images (at least 300dpi)
• Embed or flatten your fonts

Which paper are swing tags printed on?

Choose between 350gsm silk for double sided printed or 350gsm uncoated if you want to handwrite a message on the back.

When will they be delivered?

Tag orders approved by 6:30pm will be dispatched for delivery the next working day. Delivery takes a further working day. For example, if you approved your order by 6:30pm on a Monday, we’d dispatch your order on Tuesday and it’d be delivered on Wednesday.

How do I upload my design?

You should upload your swing and parcel tag artwork after placing your order. To do this, complete your order and then email your artwork to our Studio team at artwork@instantprint.co.uk who’ll then set it up for print for you.
