Hello! We’re the Personal Artworker team at instantprint. We know that for many people, setting up and designing artwork for print can feel daunting.
That’s why we’re happy to offer a range of free, no-obligation, pre-order artwork checks, amends and advice so you know you’ve got it right.
How Does it Work?
Send us your Artwork
Drop us an email with your name, email and contact number at pa@instantprint.co.uk with your query and artwork file.
We’ve Got Your Request
Our team will perform our 10-point artwork check, like setting your artwork to the right size or converting the document colours to CMYK.
We’ll Get in Touch
One of our Personal Artworkers will be in touch via email to offer any advice and share your print-ready file.
Place Your Order
Once you’re happy with your new artwork file, our Client Services team will contact you to place your order.
Request a Pre-Order Check
Please email your artwork file to pa@instantprint.co.uk, include your name, phone number and any queries that we may need to know regarding your artwork.
Our accepted file types are listed below:
AI, DOC, DOCX, EPS, PNG, PPT, PSD, TIFF, PUB
What do I do if my file size is too big?
If your file size is too big, try using WeTransfer to send your artwork across to us. To do this:
1. Go to wetransfer.com , attached your artwork file and include the pa@instantprint.co.uk email address in the ‘Email to’ field. Please include your name, email, contact number and any queries that we may need to know regarding your artwork.
2. One of our Personal Artworkers will be in touch via email to offer any advice and share your print-ready file.
Meet Amy, Artwork Team Leader
She started working at instantprint in March 2015 after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University in 2011 with a BA Hons in Graphic Design.
Amy leads our team of experienced Personal Artworkers who have a wealth of artwork knowledge to help you feel confident that your print will turn out exactly like you imagine. Whether it’s help setting a file up for print or checking your document for bleed and resolution, Amy’s team are happy to advise!
How Can We Help?
Artwork Checks & Resizing
We can check your design before you order to make sure it’s set up perfectly for print and resize it for your chosen product.
Colour Format & Conversions
We can help set your colour format to CMYK and show the printing colour conversions on your artwork.
Small Tweaks & Amendments
We’re happy to make minor amends to images, backgrounds and informational text, such as business card details.
Artwork Set Up
We can help with a variety of artwork set up, including booklet layout, collage set up, step and repeat, and embellishments like spot UV and foiling.
Graphic Design Helpline
Our helpline means we’re on-hand to offer advice and support for clients creating their own design in a design programme like Photoshop.
